Shenzhen Hengmao Technology Co., Ltd., founded in 2011, is a laser and image-inspection equipment company for customers worldwide. For years it has supplied inline laser marking, cleaning, and geometric and 3D image inspection to production lines around the world. The equipment covers inline laser marking, inline coating AVI, inline glue-path 3D AVI, vacuum defoaming, ultrasonic cleaning and plasma cleaning.
Inline automatic laser marking, coating AVI (SC-350, SC-500, SC-600), glue-path and glue-line AVI (SG-500, SG-600), plasma cleaning, ultrasonic cleaning and vacuum defoaming, together with UV and CO2 marking, are done by the same hardware and software team. DMarking Builder and QV600 keep the program, the measurement and the traceability record on the station. The company was recognized as a national high-tech enterprise in 2019 and has been a member of the Shenzhen Software Industry Association since 2014.
A model is chosen from the job, not from a list of similar names. Share the board, the material, the cycle time and whether the station must mark, inspect a coat or a bead, or prepare the surface. The equipment is built for customers worldwide. The East China office opened in Suzhou in 2016 and covers Wuxi and Kunshan. Hengmao Technology Hong Kong was established in 2018. Shenzhen, Suzhou and Hong Kong support the project together.
