SG-600 Glue Line AVI Inspection Machine
Dual-head, double-side glue-line inspection. Boards run from 50 × 50 mm to 500 × 500 mm.
The SG-600 is the glue-line inspector for seals and structural bonds where a broken bead becomes a field failure. It images the line, compares it with the programmed path and reports insufficient glue, excess, breaks, offset, overflow, residue and contamination. It sits between the dispenser and the next station so a bad part does not travel. Judgment criteria stay in the program instead of in each operator’s eyes.

SC-350 is the large-field coater inspector, boards to 350 × 350 mm. SC-500 is single side, boards to 500 × 500 mm. SC-600 is dual-head and double-side, boards to 500 × 500 mm.

When the specification names bead height or width. A camera confirms the path. The 0.0025 mm line laser measures the profile.
