Software platform for laser marking, 2D and 3D inspection, defect learning and line integration.
DMarking Builder is the software layer behind SINOMV marking and inspection equipment. Modules cover logic control, image capture, image analysis, motion control, data analysis, data communication, temperature control, monitoring and measurement, with room for custom extensions. About 300 functions are in regular use. Reports include bar charts, XBar-R, defect distribution and CPK. 3D step and float height can use laser triangulation or structured light. The same platform connects to PLCs, robots, conveyors and MES or ERP.

Does the software stand alone?
DMarking Builder and QV600 are the platforms on SINOMV equipment. They connect to PLC, MES and ERP. They are quoted with the machine, not as a consumer download.
